Refund policy

Return Policy Summary:

• Returns Accepted for 30 Days: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After that period, no refunds or exchanges can be processed.
• Eligibility for Return: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, accessories, and the attached UPC code.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned items.
• Final Sale Items: No returns or refunds for final sale items.
• Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days. If you haven’t received your refund, contact us at vlcamerany@gmail.com.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us at vlcamerany@gmail.com for assistance.
• Gift Returns: If the item was a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
